    Vent windows

I recently bought them on my Amazon Prime account - $11.29 each. Search Sea-Dog Side Vent Adjuster Kit #324380-1. They are a little different than the originals, but you can mix the old parts (mounting bracket) with the new handle and all should install with no modifications needed.

Where is fuse for Carbon monoxide detector in 2001 330 express

I wondered about that also on my 2003 330 - thanks. As an aside comment - the CO2 sensor will also start intermittent beeping when battery power is getting low. It's my warning alarm to turn on the generator when I'm on a mooring!

How much corrosion expected in 2005 Yamaha 225hp with 650hrs?

I totally agree with Doc Stressor. Like I said, mine lasted 1800 hours and I used the "Repair Kits" offered by Yamaha to replace corroded parts about 5 years ago. They were pretty reasonable, but labor costs certainly added to the bill. With your low hours, might be worth looking into...

How much corrosion expected in 2005 Yamaha 225hp with 650hrs?

My 225's lasted 1900 hours and 18 years. Your hours are much lower, but the time is about the same. Salt corrosion is relentless and plays no favorites!!!

Ride Balance Changed After a Rough Trip

Weird one?!?! I normally run my 330 250 Yamahas at 2 bars for best efficiency at speed and use the trim tabs to level the boat port/starboard. You said the trim tabs were "calibrated". If so, the following may have already been done. The trim sensors on the engines are spring loaded...

330 Express with twin 250 HP

I'm not sure that the conflicting replies have helped you much. Nothing beats trying 330's out for yourself before buying or going for a ride with a member. If you were in SoCal, I'd give you a demo ride in a heart beat  .

    Sump pump on 330

Easy - it's located in the front section of the below-deck cabin compartment where your thru-hull valves for your wash-down, bait pump and head discharge are located.

    2007 Marlin Battery Configuration

Thanks for this explanation. Question - if the starboard battery switch is on "both" and the port battery switch is off, I assume the house circuits will work. If on the hook or mooring and the starboard batteries go dead from the house draw, will I be able to turn on the port battery switch...

330 Express with twin 250 HP

Seems like you'd run 250's at 65 - 70% of throttle to get that speed. From all that I've experienced and heard - that's no sweat for the Yamaha's.

330 Express with twin 250 HP

Addendum - my original 225's lasted 18 years - about 1900 hours. My performance figures were dead on the same as yours. I did catch the corrosion problem about 5 years ago and replaced the necessary parts with the Yamaha corrosion kit. One engine came unbuttoned earlier this year just...

330 Express with twin 250 HP

Yes - they are the 4.2L. I may have got the last two available in SoCal, when I bought them a few months ago - lucky.
