    Near disaster averted by mechanic

I'd say it was running rich based on the state of your spark plugs. Good job on the mechanics part!

    Grady White Help

Take a small hammer along and tap the transom up and down across the entire width, if it pings that means the transom is solid. If you hear a hollow sound that means the transom has delaminated from the fibreglass and will need replacing in the near future. I would suggest that you hire a...

OH RATS! Can you believe it?

This....This is how you get ants. As far as advice, I got nothing except to let it decompose. Sympathies.

    Finally on the Loop. Pictures.

It may have come from the helm itself, (the part connected to the steering wheel). And, no I did not mean you....I meant the part where the cable goes into.

    transom degrees, bracket degrees info

1). On the trailer, adjust the height of the bow so that your keel is exactly level. 2.) Take a level and hold it vertically up against the transom at the top of the splash well and hold it perfectly plumb. 3.) Have your helper take a sliding bevel and match it to the transom and the level. 4.)...

    Under Seat Drawer?

It doesn't look that difficult to build. If the drawer front is still good, perhaps you could reuse it.

    Transducers

@DennisG01 thank you for correcting my terminology. A shoot through is was I meant. The model Grady White I am hoping to get is a 190 Tournament or Freedom.

    Transducers

Is it possible to have a through-hull transducer on a Gray White? Back when I owned a Ranger Bass boat I was able to mount my transducer in epoxy resin at the bottom of the bilge and was able to get very good readings.

    3M 5200 getting screws out

I would suggest getting a piece of sacrificial plastic about 2" thick and fasten that to the hull for a mounting plate over the sealed holes that you already have with 5200. That way in the future, if you need to remove or reinstall a transducer you don't have the penetration through the...

    Coolers advice

Right now it is prime time with the western migration in full swing. The boat you're in looks suspiciously like a Lund setup for backtrolling.... No downriggers or are you running dipseys? How is your Grady in heavy Erie water? I'm hoping to find a 192 Tournament or 190 Freedom soon. It will be...

    Coolers advice

@Ky Grady I see you are a tackle hound like me, very nice collection especially with the two grandchildren rods at the end. Where do you fish for pickerel, or as you Americans incorrectly say walleye?;) To be clear i am speaking of Sander vitreus not Esox niger
