    Electronics Box Spring Hinge

I changed mine a couple of years ago. It's a pretty simple unbolt the old, install the new. The hard part was paying the dealer what he wanted for the new hinges.

New Boat - what will it take for you to buy one?

A drop in price. I think the cost of boats got out of control much like houses did. The housing market has adjusted but new boats are still advertised at insane prices.

First post and First time Grady owner

Congratulation, that's a great boat for your neck of the woods. The last time I was in Bremerton I stayed on the water and it was pretty cool sitting there in the morning watching and listening to the fishing boats heading out for the day. 8)

    Vista Top Hnts

What the others said. Lay them flat or put them over a shower curtain rod and let them warm up. Then take them out one piece at a time for installation. I start with the windshield piece, zippers first but not all the way OB and then pull down to snap. Then add a side curtain using the same...

Whats your 2010 Special Event on your GW?

Hey Bob, No we haven't done that yet. There are actually a couple of different routes, one takes you through the Dismal Swamp to Elizabeth City, NC. and the other takes you via the intercoastal waterway down to the Albermarle Sound behind OBX.

    226 vs 228

I have a 208 and I'm seriously thinking about moving up to the 228. I just like the idea of the closed transom for one and the fact that it gives you more usable space between the jump seats (i.e.livewell/fishbox/cooler, vertical rod holders (3) and a baitboard/ tabletop). For whatever reason...
