I seem to recall the performance numbers with the 350’s were the best , mileage and rpms/speed etc. However they are no longer available. Assuredly the 300’ s will outperform the 250’s somewhat. Just is the added cost worth it ? Maybe

Mostly noticeable in the area between the motors along the the aluminum angle. Instead of a 90 deg angle the aluminum is bulged out (swollen)on the downside

Most experienced surveyors will use a combination of tools (moisture meter(s) ) and a phenolic hammer to verify any high moisture readings. Some transoms can be tricky to read. However if it is swolt, it's wet. Some can be wet, but not rotted .... yet.

Reality check is pulling in the station now. If financing is not one of your contingencies for buying you will be in the driver's seat, both new and used.
