360 I have a 360, and did move my way up the line. the 360 is a great boat. I have changed a few things that work well for me. as for what you need to know, mostly follow the manual for the engines etc. you will just have to use the boat to get a feel for how it handles.

250 vs 350 have the 360 with trip 250's runs great. i would like to hear from the guys with the 350's? my fuel numbers and speed are the same as fishermanbb. it actually runs better closer to 5000RPM then 4 and the fuel burn is very flat through the power curve. how are the 350's holding up...

get a new mattress from one of the aftermarket company's. they work great, yep they cost a few bucks, but you will enjoy the boat so much more. we even added a pillow top comforter/

you got a leak someplace. i had the same thing and you just have to keep looking till you find it. could be at one of the faucets etc. good luck

ditto- i have the TR 1 and would suggest you look at the simard. allthrough a bunch of guys love the TR- has not been my favorite.

360 I have one also, with trip 250's runs great. would look at a pair of 350's. with trip 350's would seem to me to be too heavy and too costly to run. i get just about .8 overall avg on fuel consumption. been all the way to Nantucket and back from here in the mid Atlantic. really nice...

had this same issue with my 33- my solution was to trade up to the 360, which is close to perfect.

have the TR 1 on my 360. would do it over with the Simarad. took a year to get it right, and they had to replace the entire system. do not have the shadow drive feature after they replaced the system this last time. Just my 2 cents worth.

water treatment sounds like a lot of bleach. i have read a lot of info on how much, it is like a tablespoon per gallon to keep it fresh. maybe a cup or two for shock treatment. plus there are all kinds of treatements, which i find work well.
