Is it an airmar flush mount or using a fairing?

I am looking to place a flush mount Airmar transducer on my Marlin. If I put it on the flat area made for mounting thru Hull transducers, will the fact that it is slightly recessed cause turbulence and poor readings at running speed?

I just repowered my 2003 Marlin with new twin Yamaha f250s. I used the same gauges. Is there any way to reset the hour meters back to zero or do I need to change them out or record the beginning reading and go from there?

I have a 2003 Marlin equipped with the standard Koehler 5e gas gender. Lots of problems! I want a diesel genset but will need a separate fuel tank and someone to rewire. It sounds cost prohibitive. I wish you would get some good feedback as it would help me too.

Has anyone ever removed their Koehler generator from a Grady White Marlin. If so, how difficult was it and how heavy?

Happened to me when I placed a larger pump. I ran a larger gauge wire and never had another issue.

Done that. I have twin motors and the other one shifts fine and the slide stays still. It binds and twist on the bad one. It has a bolt coming up from the bottom that I can’t see how to get to.

Has anyone had issues with a Yamaha 2003 f225 having a hard time shifting into forward or reverse. Cables are new. It seems like the shift slide is loose and I can’t see how to tighten it. Any help is appreciated.

I didn’t try the override. I will try the override next weekend and also disconnect at the motor and try it. It is very difficult to go in forward or reverse but pretty good once it is. It is also just as difficult to get it back into neutral.

I have had the cables supposedly changed out last season at the end of the year and it is still very stiff...shifter only and not throttle.

How difficult is it to change out a Yamaha 704 dual binnacle? Mine has gotten very stiff and extremely difficult to shift.

I used 50 psi. I chose to disconnect the motor end also because I could work the throttle the entire time to help facilitate the oil movement.

I have a 2003 Marlin with a Koehler 5e generator that has been trouble from day one. I got a quote to replace it with a Fischer Panda 4200 at my marina in Panama City Fl. The quote is $16 k. Has anyone else replaced theirs and if so, how much $ ? Any suggestions as that is more than I want to spend.
