I had the material left over from a job I ran in my shop. It’s like cutting chewing gum, but it’s not that bad. The material isn’t cheap. I cut them out on a mill.

I used UHMW . Made 6 “L” brackets tapered on one side . Then drilled holes at a 45 * . Then screwed them in when the screw tightens it draws down on the tank. Worked great. UHMW is great for salt water.

I need help please. 1990 seafarer. I would like to know how they had all of the switches are energized when the key is on. For some reason mine are energized all the time. Also does anyone have anything that resembles a schematic. Any help would be greatly Appreciated Thanks Gary

I just removed the stripes off of my 1990 seafarer. Cracked to hell. Forget the heat gun on OLD vinyl tape. The best way is the 3M eraser . Got it at autozone, 37 bucks and I was done in 2 hours. Worked great

Sail rite has a video on how to do it yourself.looked pretty easy . Their pattern runs lengthways. Mine are quite long and that’s what I’m planning on. Check it out . Quite informative

Just a thought . I would have used a stainless plate . It would have been much less susceptible to corrosion.

I was thinking about making a “C” channel out of stainless replacing the original I think it would look mich nicer a function better

The water that goes through the tube goes directly into the scupper. The scupper is on the out side of the tube.

I don’t know about you, but I have failed miserably trying to get someone to either answer the phone or return a call. Customer service, or tech help. Really disappointed. Have you had trouble? Thanks for any help

1990 seafarer. The copper tube that goes through the transom on the ball scuppers , the flange is starting to crack. I’m concerned about water eventually working its way into the transom. Should I do away with the ball scuppers, and go to a different style? Thanks for your help.

Thanks. The tank I have is newer than the boat. The strips were only .125 thick. Hard to tell what kind of rubber it is.
