    20 Overnighter- repower question

150 is the absolute minimum for that boat, I'm sorry I didn't go up to 200 when I repowered.

    fuel fill hose on 204c

You should be able to pull the filler neck up enough to get at the clamps or put an access panel in there. Also, make sure you double clamp everything with clamps facing in opposite directions.

    fuel fill hose on 204c

Keep it as straight as possible from the fill to the tank, don't let it bow down. Makes it harder to fill.

Fuel Flow Monitoring Systems - what are you using??

Chris, congrats on your transom project. I too have the navman/northstar fuel flow. Navman was good until northstar bought them, now their support sucks. Will never buy from these folks ever again. Go anywhere else.

I'm confused, sounds like your describing your deck drain scuppers but your calling them motor well scuppers. Motor wells don't usually have flaps, can you clarify?

First question is are they Bennetts? If so, they are self bleeding, by that I mean you don't have to disconnect anything. Figure out which model you have and check their website or call them, their support is great.

West Systems Epoxy Curing Temp Question

Now your starting to overthink yourself. I assume your wanting to make sure your scupper holes will never let water enter the transom correct? When you drill those holes you will have plenty of room for numerous coats of epoxy on the end grain of the holes and probably even be able to put a...
