Yes I had fuel in my bilge. I removed the hatch and this is what i found. Obviously water build up and alge/gooo. Once I cleaned it off there was a 1/4" hole on the top. Im sure the under side has the classic pinholes too. Ive since drained the tank.

Fowl Hook is correct. As long as the backup batteries are charged no big deal. But if they are not then MAJOR deal. The truck brake supply will try and apply power to the backup and brakes at the same time causing no power to the brakes. Again this is not all systems. Just beware is all im saying.

On the 265 my charger is in the battery area on the port rear corner ( i.e. wet location) Seems like a splice might be more protective to water intrusion "IF" i can seal it. Hookup1, why do you say "do not cut the plug off"? Besides the warranty issue wouldn't that allow more weatherproof...
