    Raymarine HV-100 Transducer Mounting Question

Looking for some guidance on mounting a Raymarine HV-100 transducer. The install manual has a few pics that show the transducer mounted on a transom, I think picture #2 shows the correct location relative to the bottom of the boat. Picture number #1 I think is more for a general location...

    How to Remove Seat Back?

You can have an upholstery shop make some tabs with snaps like the earlier tournaments had. They are attached with staples so you don't have to take your factory cushions apart. Installing the mating snap piece on the boat is easy.

    Trailering 22 Tournament

What year is your Nissan so I can look up the tow capacity? I tow a tournament 205 on a tandem trailer with a V6 2017 Tacoma that has the tow package (rated for 6700 in 2wd, 6400 in 4wd). No problems.

I feel your pain. Was 16F this morning in RI. Moved the boat to hibernation spot this morning. Time to start looking at tackle and an electronics upgrade.

    Tournament winter cover

I have a taylor made"day" cover for my 205. I have the boat shrink wrapped for $12/foot ($240). The day cover would not hold up to RI winters. I looked at heavy duty covers and decided to just get the boat shrink wrapped every year.

    Fuel Before Winter Layup

I am storing with my 82 gallon tank full. My fuel is treated with Ring Free and Startron at the recommended doses. Do I need to add Sta-bil in addition or am I good to go.. Thanks. Update: Double dosed Startron for winter layup. Ring Free at normal concentration.

Any Gradys with a head compartment and 5,000# towing?

For your reference, I have a porta potti in my Tournament 205 in my port console that has never been used. I am 6'-2" and it is a challenge to get in there, hopefully your family is shorter than me. My boat with engine and 82 gallons of fuel weighs in around 3,900 lbs. Trailer is another...

    Considering a 190 Tournament

Patience my friend. More will weigh in, just takes some time. If it is priced right and you really like the boat and you have sea trialed it, pay to have it surveyed by a professional. Post some pics of the boat too. I paid around $400 to have mine done, well worth the money. Good luck.
