Another Bildge Pump Stuck Help! Question

Which obviously doesn't make any sense. I would venture to say there is an internal problem with the wiring and the mercury switch inside the float... Time for a new float!

    Motor Trim Indicator

If you look under the lower pan of the powerhead just behind the tilt tube, you'll see a circular "switch" with a spring loaded arm on it. This is the device that tells your trim indicator where your motor is at, trim-wise. These arms get hung up due to corrosion and gunk. With the motor...

Richie, You do what you HAVE to do to make sure that your name is not tarnished at some point in time... To many builders are out after the high profit margin (trust me I know, the average genset install costs us $5K max, yet we charge $10K). Lower the profit margin, still make money, and a...

    Sealant for motor mounting bolt

...Been there, done that...TOO many times! The key is to put the sealant in the holes, don't cover the whole mounting plate with it. Sh!t, you could probably pull the bolts and run 3 times around Lake Toho at WOT before the motor would break lose if you bond the plate!

    Mounting ProMariner ProSport20 on Gulfstream

Believe it or not, one of the best ways to prevent gel cracks from drill hole is once the hole is drilled, take your apex screw bit and c'sink rthe hole through the gel with that. I've worked for Wellcraft, Hydra-sports, Intrepid, Stamas Yacht, and Proline...they all do it the same way...
