I just got a 265 also and want to do the same thing. what lights did you replace and how much sis the project run you?

K&M Canvas does amazing work. He is located in Plymouth but will go anywhere local i think. I had him do a brand new enclosure on my last boat and he has done lots of work for fishing buddies of mine. Perfectionist and you will not be anything but thrilled.

I also got a new to me 265 this winter. Picked it up down in FL and left it down there for the winter. Got to use it a few times over the winter and loved it. Boat will be back up here in Boston area Sunday hope to be in the water soon after.

Chris on THT seams to be the top guy on THT if you search LED lights on THT you will find.

Go on THT there are entire threads on underwater lights. There is also a guy on there that everyone's orders lights thru his name is Chris and as soon as you pull up an LED thread or underwater thread you will see him. Good luck

is teh boat going to stay in FL or come back to Braintree? I just bought a 265 express in St Pete its staying in Naples for teh winter then coming back to Boston. It will be kept down in Humarock. I see braintree in your signature.

X2 do not skimp on VHF setup its too important. I had a that GPS a few boats ago and it does a great job once you get used to it. Congrats on the new boat you will be thrilled.

I was going to but it did not work out scheduling wise. I ended up using pristine marine and they did an amazing job. I was very happy with the results.

Max I am north of the cape in Humarock but fish out of Falmouth alot. I will be out of falmouth, nantucket and MV for several trips offshore. are you in MA? I think there was a slight change in the hull from 01 to 04 but it is probably safe to assume i would get close to your numbers yes? or...

Tim that would be appreciated. what was the longest trip you did on the boat? did you have any concerns about having enough fuel? I will be running out of the cape cod area so some of the canyons are well over 60 miles. I am thinking it should be ok for fuel but just wondering what else you can...
