Yeah I feel exactly the same as you! It is a drag when these guys come on here and feel they can comment on these boats when they dont even have one which brings me to the point of why are you here on the first place? Maybe trying to see how a real boat looks and how little or minor the problems...

Just a question..... Do any of you Grady guys go on any other boat builder forums and bash their boats or make comments on their boats? I personally do not and just asking. I do go on THT from time to time but that is not a builder forum because they have some pretty decent threads.

Well that's YOUR opinion and you are entitled to it. I'll trust a professional surveyor who's had far more experience than you when it comes to knowing true quality. As will I accept a professional surveyors opinion over yours and have done so. And guess what? Both of the surveyors I used...

Gwwannabe acknowledged those FACTS, but said who are you to say that they are good or bad engineering ideas or not?! You are not the authority to call Grady design STUPID in how they design some of their features on the boat. Or the bolt on bow pulpits, yes Fact they are bolted on but not a fact...

Do a search for Pursuit in the THT forum there is a recent post I think of a 335os that says it almost sank because of weight problems with max HP. Saying the factory was to blame blah blah blah nothing in this world is perfect it is all a compromise

Woody wax sells a kit with brass wool. You have to let the solution sit for 24 hours or more. It works pretty well on pitting to an extent. Do NOT use steel wool! But worth a try.
