glad to hear ur changing out the pump.. the whole kit cost about 55 bucks best thing u can do.. you diff dont want to over heat on the water and ruin ur day and worse yet risk damaging ur motor.

I agree with u seasick... I was really thinking about it. could it be possible that the shaft is worn were the key slides ,and the key does not fit tight and works its way out when the pump is operating

The woodruff key can only go so far and it stops. also it sits alittle higher than the shaft.. when i installed the key i guess i didnt tap it down all the way. when i looked at it the key was still in the grove of the shaft but not all the way down , so i tap it back down until it stopped and...

Hi seasick.... but is the pee stream alittle weak.. i saw some other engines on muffs and stream seem to be stronger

presure seems ok.. im more concerned with the slow peeing

I really dont know the exact water pressure, but it seems strong when it comes out of the hose

hi why are you so hung up on all that power ?? unless you go off shore all the time it is not needed. if u stay inshore most of the time a 150 is more than enough.. just my opinion
