My '86 Tournament 190 is the same way. The wood in my cover was soaked but the screws went through that lip just like gw204 shows.

I emailed customer service at Grady and they responded with this. The part numbers you are looking are: 11-080 white outer ring for scupper 11-081 rubber flap for scupper 11-082 rubber washer for scupper I wonder what's the best option. I want this problem fixed 100%.

Re: I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if I could use these on an '86 Tournament 190? The scuppers I have now are allowing more than a little water to come back up onto the deck. :-| I need to get them replaced.
