did my 84 offshore with strips from jamestown distributors shi-11614x2x10. around hoses i used old ones sliced to side over new ones then wire tied. glued strips to tank. to get tanks out had to grind,sand little on each side to clear. good luck not to bad of job.

i have a 1984 offshore 24' and have tanks out to be made. all i had to do is make opening 1/16 bigger on each side give or take. my cross brace to hold tank down has screwed from inside off hull so cut 2x4 at end of screw broke 2x4 to be able to cut then grind screw flush.hope this helps. have...

I also bought 24 offshore 1984 this year. The fuel tanks was leaking so past owner suck fuel out of them. Just got my tanks out and preasure washed today. Rear tank was holding 15 gallons of fuel but when washed blew hole thought where rubber staps sat on bottom and was pitted. fuel fill line...
