I have Dakotas in both my boats. 400amp hrs house in my Marlin and a 100 amp for the trolling motor in my skiff. So far they're great.

My 95 Marlin has the original tank. Cleaned it thoroughly (wasn't bad to start w) and reinstalled with new hoses. I make sure to drain and fill consistently. We use it for washing cooking and some drinking. Haven't had any issues yet. I also fill it w an RV filter. Little bit of "tank" taste but...

These snap right in. Of course they don't match but work for the interim. One w the indicator is the same brand

I'll have to double check what brand I installed. BEP maybe? My panel was that duratrim crap (fiberboard). Ultimately I'm going to do the same. 95 Marlin, redone almost the whole boat. That's one of the last things.

I replaced one of mine w an off the shelf switch from west marine. I believe it was std carling style rocker. Went right in.

The pre 98' hulls had them in a pocket forward of the transom at the front of the step. Every other later model I've seen has been as described above.

I did the ones on my 95 Marlin while I was doing a couple refit and paint. I had the bilge completely empty. Port side was easy good access. Starboard was difficult at best. Later on I had to cut an 8" hole in the euro (inside) in order to reconnect/bed the grab rail. That would have made it...

I haven't had any issues with it feeding but I did go w a horizontal so it didn't need as much drop. So far, so good. I'm in NE FL as well fishing the same depths

I have 600' of 1/2" 8 plait w 30' of chain and a Maxwell windlass on my 95 Marlin. It's pretty full and so far works well. 22# Rochna. Looks like it could fit a little more but not much. I agree way too small of an anchor locker.

They are the same as the one in the live well lid minus the spring. At least in my 95 Marlin. You can easily remove the spring.

I have a 22# Rocna w 30' of chain on my Marlin and so far it works great. Maxwell windlass w 600' of 8 plait rode.

Barbour plastics makes the rubrail for the older Grady's. I have 95 Marlin and replaced mine. They also have the flexible cockpit trim.

I have twin DF 300AP on a 95 Marlin (same hull but w shorter running surface) w 16x17 3 blade Suzuki props. It'll turn right at 6100 rpm at wot fully loaded.
