    Those numbers being low all around dont indicate bad head gaskets or a valve problem. Bad Head gasket would give you 1 or 2 low cylinders. 1 if the leak was on the outside of the gasket. 2 if the leak was where the cylinders met.     I wouldnt bother with epoxy. Its not really structural. Polyester works fine but if using a honeycomb use 1708 instead of mat.

    Older engines, the general rule of thumb is 1gph for every 10 hp at WOT. So your 150 will go through about 15gph @ wot. If you cruise at about 3500 rpms the gph is usually about half the WOT amount.

    Mounting 200 etec on a 204

    Im mounting a 200 etec on my 92 204. I have the board flat against the hull. Cavitation plate is about 1" above the board. In the 3rd mounting hole. Am i good or should i go up, or down?
