Your 208 is heavier then you think. I pull a 209 with a 2002 F150 Fx4 which is rated for 7500 lbs I think and it pulls it ok. But once loaded with fuel and ice and I try to stop, I know it's back there. I would go with the heavier trailer becuase I would always have to much rather then to little.

Average Joe, why didn't your boat come from the factory with them? And did it make much of a difference? I am leaning towards the 10x12 bennett M120 sport tabs. Just got off the phone with bennett and they think they will be better. Any opinions? Thanks,

I bought my boat and the bottom was painted but did not want to go through the trouble of removing it. I keep the boat in a lift so bottom paint is not needed but I just get it repainted every 3 yrs or so to keep it looking good. Not sure how hard it would be to remove.

I would guess you would be between 40-45 mph. I have a 209 and with the original power which was a 200 ox66 with I believe a 19 pitch prop was 44 mph.
