The switch on mine is on the switch panel at the helm. I changed mine out of blue LED and since they came in a 4 pack have replaced the two that were in place and also installed two on the stern hatches. Certainly light up the deck at dusk.

Ted, I used Sikaflex 291. Check the expiry date on the tube, difficult to use and not so affective if starting to dry out.

On raising my Yamaha 200 i4 the last two times used Sikaflex. Great product, stays a bit resilient but does a great job of sealing and adhesion. In my commercial fishing days used it exclusively for any sealing issues on the Troller. Salt water has no influence on its ability or longevity.

Nicely done Joe, Yes I have the same set up as I think you know, but on a fixed kicker bracket and on the starboard side. Moved both my batteries to the port for balance . Also enjoy the steering and navigation ease that comes with an AP.

What a bout a new 218? Do not think there are many used 218 on the market. I would love to see one close up, as in a new owners photos. They always appear better with ownership than on the Grady site. I really enjoy my 208 with all the mods .....but a 218 would be on the special side of life...
