If I was buying a 360 it would be with twin F350's These boats came stock with triple F225's!

I am ashamed to say but I dont clip my windless anchor - My doesnt roll right off as mentioned, but when I know I am going to anchor I just bump the switch and the next wave I hit it drops down four to six inches and is ready to drop- Tim

I assume that you mean the valve threaded onto the thru hull is leaking when fully closed - That is am important valve, and you may want to replace it if it leaking. Tim

I have a 12V only (no 110) fridge in my 2000 Grady 265 Express- This season I turned the fridge on and it worked for a few minutes and then just beeped - According a sticker on the inside door it will beep if cabin temp is above 110 degrees- I am positive it is not even close...

I love the LED rope lights and center rigger! Did you do any additional support on the inside of the hard top for the center rigger? Were did you get the rope lights? Tim

Thanks to this thread I went and bought some collinate #870 at lunch- I am lazy and didnt want to do the two step process- Did half the boat after work with a buffer on / buffer off process - Worked great and looks pretty good! Thanks Tim

It is worth mentioning that it takes a little behind the wheel- Some boats use the trim tabs to lift the back of the boat out of the water - or to help plan faster- Not the 265- also the trim tabs are large and only require a slight tap on the trim button to level her out -

Not sure if this will help - but a 28' HydraSport was repowered with twin 250 suzuki's at my old marina - the owner kept bringing it back saying it drove funny - They swapped the lower units (Basically switching which side is countering rotating) and the guy has been happy since! Tim

This may be a sales tactic here- My 2000 is great in many seas and in my opinion, handles pretty darn good for a 26' boat - better than any other I have been on bar the slow moving loberstyle- Were are located? I bet you could set up a ride on one with someone from the site! Tim

This is some really good advice here! I would not add ANY fuel to that boat until these were installed - When I switched to E10 I went thru three of these filter is less than 10 hours of run time! I honestly believe that if that gunk made it into my motors I would of lost one! Tim

Another note is that the fourth battery cured a slight list! Tim

I think it will only be on one motor - mine is on the starboard side only. As mentioned above - a very small hole in the lower unit! Tim

My 265 came with three - but I added a fourth Two on the starboard side in parrellel to form "Bank 1" - this is used as my house system for fridge, ect when on the hook for overnighters - it also starts my starboard motor under standard conditions One on the port side to form "Bank 2" -...
