    REPLACING PLASTIC THRU-HULLS ON 89 SAILFISH, HELP!!!!!!

    Its a PITA but if you keep at it you will eventually get the new ones in. I would recomend stainless steel ones so you wont have to worry about replaceing them again.

    i wash mine after every trip with soap and water, i got the woody wax compound cleaner but i cant bring myself to do it. i will probally hire someone to compound it...but i keep it clean its not as clean as i would like though.

    I will second that. The biggest difference between the TP and sail are the way the cabins are laid out. The TP has one bunk and a porti potty, whereas the Sailfish has 2 bunks a pump out head/shower a table and a small galley.

    Towing other Boats

    I agree as well, as a ex-coastie cox'n he knows how to tow stuff. If the stern eyes will lift the boat they will tow another boat with no problems as long as its at a safe speed.
