    Separating the Hull?

Back in those days the hull was probably caulked or used a light bonding agent...if you were talking a new boat I'd say run away fast and good luck getting them apart. You are going to have a LOT of fasteners to remove, should be a screw every inch or so along the rub rail to connect the hull...

    Fuel Tanks

Depending on the price, if you can find a serive that will polish the fuel that might be better since your talking about 100gal or so of fuel. Polishing it is not cheap, but in the end you keep the fuel and can use it, draining the tank will mean you loose the fuel and then need to replace it...

Greasy Motor Well Cleaning -- Help

Use a good degreaser, then a hull cleaner. Then remember to wax it when done. Bleech will work too, but will quickly remove the wax if ther eis any and it will be super dull and will need likely 2 coats of wax back there. If the stuff is sticking that badly it sounds like it does not have a...

Cracks on transom - should I be worried?

It sounds like they are just surface cracks which do occur at the transom since that area takes a lot of load, gelcoat is not very forgiving and goes not flex well and cracks. I agree I would still have the boat surveyed regardless, that way you know it is not something more below the surface...

    Cleaning Mold?

3M sharpshooter works like a charm if you want to avoid bleech. Bleech is the best though because it will disinfect the surface and prevent it for a while. I typically bleech it 2 times a year, I take all the cushions off from my helm area and drop my T pack as well and scrub it down good and...

LED lighting pictures I've been promising

Yes , sharpshooter is a cleaner and made by 3M, not a lot of places carry it anymore, but it is better then spray nine and cleans just about anything on the boat.

    Relocate batteries

You might want to consider jumping up a wire size due to the longer wire run, you need to account for losses across that distance. As far as runnign wires under the deck, it is not that difficult, there are wire runs you can access from any of the hatches in the deck, from where your batteries...

LED lighting pictures I've been promising

The deck was the most difficult, I used a firm but narrow bladed scrapper, once you get an edge up it will make it easier, but it does take a little time. Once it was up I cleaned the edges with acetone, then water to get it off, let it dry, and then caulked it. I used one of those traingle...

    330 Express- New guy questions

As far as power goes, stay away from 300hp 2 strokes, the 300hp HPDI which was an option for this model, was a bad engine model. The 150 and 200 HPDI were awesome, but 250 and 300hp models had issues and should be avoided if possible. As far as power, 250 would be ideal and is enough, you will...
