I replaced my vent hoses about 4 or 5 years ago and the only trouble was with the auxiliary. Since you said hose I'm assuming you only have a main tank. I didn't have much trouble getting the vent hose on main but had to cut out and install an access plate to get aux. vent hose in. The outside...

If the vent and filler hose were placed by Grady i think it would be a straight forward easy project once you get the proper fuel tank.

I don't know about adding an aux. tank. I had to change the vent hose on my 96 Voyager and ran into a problem because the od of the new hose was slightly larger than the old one. I ended up having to cut an access hole in front of the captain chair about the location you stand then take a wood...

Penatrol should bring out the wood grain . Pick it up at Lowes , HD or any paint or hardware store. I have thought about removing mine and spraying with white plastic paint to give it a new look.

125 main 40 aux. If you want to download a manual go to Grady White site then click customer service then manuals, select year , model , download then print it . Should be all the info you need on your Grady. Good luck!

My Voyager is a 1996 and I feel it is time to replace the thru hulls! I think I will be able to get to most although it will be a challenge but I am worried about the rear port side scuppers. Has anyone ever replaced or have advice on replacing these? Thanks

I also have the fly by wire and you will love it.

I had my sending units replaced with new motor and no gas smell for about a year. last time if filled I did get an odor of gas. I pulled an inspection plate and the gasket on the sending unit was leaking. I cleaned the spilled fuel and tightened the sending unit and no more leak. Good luck!

Lots of good advice given! Only thing I can add is make sure your tires are inflated to max. Under inflated tires are the culprit of many bad journeys.

I replaced my fuel overflow or vent hose on my voyager and it was a nightmare! I bought hose the same ID, but the OD was a little larger. The main tank was no problem but the forward aux. tank was the problem as I couldn't get the new hose but a couple feet from the tank pulling toward the fuel...

When I bass fished we made plug retrievers that looked like that but may not be the same. You had an object with cord line attached with chains hanging all around. When you hung a plug deep simply slide that down the line and shake until the chain caught the hooks and snatch the plug free...

I thought I had some pics. Will try to locate or take a new one when weather permits.
