The issue may lie in if you have a wreck with towing oversize without a permit. The lawyers for other party will eat your lunch even if the other party is at fault. JMO so be careful.

I agree with duconce. Silicone is an adhesive. Should hold the glass in frame just fine. I have used it to hold metal frame replacement windows in rental property with no issues and great seals.

If the plastic is in good shape "only faded" you may want to think about spray painting it with the new white plastic paint. I think white looks better than simulated woodgrain. JMO I'm not sure but Grady may be doing the white on the trim now. Steve

Thanks nitrox. Did you also replace the drain hose and drain fitting in the floor that attaches to the thru hull? My drain hose looks good but as we all know sometimes looks are deceiving.

I don't think it would damage your pump but I would cut the pump off when running any distance. As long as the impeller stays wet and not run dry you should be ok.

I don't know your Grady but why could you not try closeing the valve half way and then adjust from there? On my voyager I can control the amount of water so as I have approx. the same amount flowing out as in the live well.

Don't make the mistake I made and put black letters on. My sons had to point it out. Still looks right to me. :shock: Hey that comes with age. I also need to update the photo of my grady with the lettering! Almost any local sign company can make your lettering.

I have been thinking about replacing the scuppers and thru hulls on my Voyager but I don't know how I would get to the starboard side scuppers. Has anyone taken on this project and have any advice they would like to share :?: The easy way would be just replace the rings and valves.
