Installed a new Etec 150 on a '97 192 Tournament. Combination seems perfect except, perhaps, for the prop. The Evinrude dealer put a 14 3/4 x 17 SS prop on the motor but I only get around 5000 rpm WOT with the canvas on. That seems to indicate I should try a 16p to get the rpm up. Questions...

Seems that my best option is to make a replacement horn plate out of starboard as mentioned above. The current plate is 4.5 x 4.5". Does anyone know what the right starboard color would be to match the Grady White white?? Also, what's the least expensive way to obtain a small plate like that...

I just bought a '96 192 Tournament with horn that doesn't work. Called our local GW dealer who told me GW can't furnish a replacement anymore; the manufacturer is no longer around. It's the square type. Has anyone had to replace one and can tell me what they used??

Just bought a '96 GW 192. Is a 150 marginal? Should I consider a 200? Getting prices on an Evinrude Etec 150 but also thinking of a 200. Quite a bit more $ though. Will a 150 pull skier OK or carry 4-5 adults without taking forever to get out of the hole?
