    shoot thru hull transducer for 222 ?

    I bought a 222 fisherman and am thinking about installing a Lowrance's shoot thru hull transducer at transom next to where the bilge pump is located. Has any body done this before ? Is this recommended by GW factory ? If so, how to installe it properly? Thank you for any advice !
