    Onboard battery charger

Very rare! I’d be looking for other possible problems. Brand and model?

    Hull vent

If any of those beige colored screw, caps are damaged or lost they are readily available and cheap online. There are two pieces to each one.

    Hull vent

My point was that it will be in the vicinity of what it “vents.”

    Hull vent

All the aft cabin walls are removable in my 330. Where is your holding tank? Take out the wall that is over the vent location and look.

    Hull vent

More likely, it is a head holding tank vent and not a fuel tank vent.

F Panda won't start. Any Ideas?

    How were your valve clearances?

    Electronic hatch lifter

Maybe a different lifter, but my 330 express lifter has been operating fine since 2011. Make sure you do not run it to the extremes as it will often jam. I also spray the lift arm down with silicon every few years.

    Fuel Gauge Removal

I believe those may be Yamaha 6Y5 gauges. Recommend you try to figure out the part number of the gauges. Once you know what gauge it is, the installation manual will tell you the function of each wire. The rubber tubing is definitely from your pitot system on the lower unit. The rigging manual...

F Panda won't start. Any Ideas?

When was the last time your valve clearances were checked? If they get too tight or too loose, it will not start. I believe they’re scheduled for a check every 75 hours. Check those. Not real hard to do. The other thing is the battery must be very strong and since it’s a diesel must turn over...

Removing Lewmar Trust Joystick 330 Express

On my 2007 330 I can get to that area by dropping the electrical panel in the cabin and looking/reaching up and to the right.

    Head Discharge Overboard

They are inline before and after the discharge pump. They are typical, but OEM Dometic are superior to replacement valves. Typically 1 1/2” but get the model “ to be sure. It’s messy so change the vacuum pump duck bills at the same time. You need to look at a schematic of the plumbing...

    Marlin priming switch

The HP pump is inside the VST. You need to get an electrical schematic ( ie. Maintenance manual) to see where the power to the LP pump comes from. You really should not need a priming pump.

    Battery Charger

Apparently they do not make the same model exactly like mine but it seems when I looked it up the “pro tournament 360 4 bank” is very similar. It seems mine was a 300 4 bank. I have a NOCO three bank on my small boat which charges 2-12V lithium iron phosphate and one 12V lead acid. I believe it...

    Battery Charger

When I replaced my original guest charger on my 330, I spoke with the engineers at Pro mariner. They recommended a four bank charger for two parallel banks with four batteries. One bank for each battery. The new smart chargers can tell the difference between a parallel bank of two batteries and...

    Simrad linear feedback unit

I would bite the bullet and replace the entire system with one that requires no rudder feedback. I just changed the course computer on my Raymarine by adding a newer course computer and did away with the rudder feedback device and will never go back. It works much better and holds a course...

    Marlin priming switch

My guess is that your motors are the older 3.3L F250s. If so, you engine has a much simpler VST than the 4.2L engines shown in the video. Still on the port side behind the intake manifold. but it only contains one filter. The LP filter is outside the tank between the LP pump and the tank.

Problem Starting 2005 Yamaha F250 TXR Outboard Engine

There are three filters and the water separator in your system. The visible filter on the engine with the water float in it is the first. The next is between the low pressure pump and the VST. The third is inside the VST tank itself. Any one of those those filters can clog and create a problem.

06 yamaha 225 hp dry exhaust question

I had 2 F250s 2007 one had the corrosion issue at 500 hours and four years. The other was scoped and good after 14 years and 1200 hours before I sold them.
