Seat still available? I may be interested. I have the ladder back on my 2005 33 express. I’m assuming the one you have is better than the ladderback?

i have the same boat , i agree with all the comments and i can confirm that the hull does take a little getting used to- small taps are the best, my boat was already rigged with auto tabs-- i must say they are awesome when going offshore -- i was told by the grady dealer that the 2000-2002 hulls...

my friends and i fish the dip , hudson , etc. we have pretty good luck with stalker green machines, it seems to be the top producer for us- we usually fish 6-8 rods comprised of 30 wides , 50's and 50 wides

i have a set of 15 1/4 x 19 polished yamaha props that i am not using, if anybody is interested in purchasing them send me a pm --they are in mint cond., with a tiny bit of the "rust spots"

i just installed 250's on my 265 , i used backing plates and tubing spacers, which were both approved by grady and taco, absolutely no issues and looks great, i got the 15ft poles which was "more" recommended by grady-- went to the canyon in 4-6's on the way out and no problems at all , good luck

a little tip for 265 owners regarding the "slick steps" going down into cuddy-- my friend and i layed a few strips of 3M grip tape(we used black) it was about 2 inches wide and we used 3 strips on each step--- unbelievable difference, never slipped again!

gradyfish22-- i get the exact numbers you posted on my canyon trips with my 200 hpdi's--every stat was identical including top speed !- i thought they would be similar but that is amazing-- i will probably run these 2 strokes at least until warranty runs out- then look at 4 strokes-- anyway...

in answer to original question reference fuel burn, i do not think you would see 2.0 mpg, i think it will be closer to 1.25 mpg-- have buddy who has 225's on sailfish--it is not good
