Im pretty sure its an aluminum panel with a decal over the top. Exact oem im unsure of a source. but you can get a carbon fiber decal pretty cheap on amazon. Different but pretty close in looks.

This upcoming offseason, the hull sides will be painted navy blue with Alexseal.... Might add back the stripes in white. Grady emblems will be chrome raised. I bedded the thru hulls with butyl rubber just so I can loosen the nuts and pull them away from the hull to make painting much easier.
