Its an interesting product for sure. If you were able to dig out the rot without removing the outside glass and pour, how does the new transom tie into the hull sides ? It seems the outer glass would be the only thing holding it in ?? Will continue research as I will probably join the club

I really dont think those are rod holders. Maybe some sort of bootleg small outrigger system. In your first pic what is that bit of chrome on the left. where are those located ? Probably some type of sunshade attachment ?

A few things to consider. Is the boat sitting on a trailer at the boat yard ?? trailering home ? distance to home ? If its purely a 2x a year storage and its crazy local I would find a used double axle bunk cheap !! Most boat trailers are more than adequate for what you seem to need. save the...
