    Cup holder/ rod holder ?

When replacing cup holders, I have found most are standardized and the same size. If replacing with a combo cup/rod holder you will need access to the back to make sure you have room for the holder, to through bolt and for drainage. As far as a middle gunnel rod holder go 15 degree and angle...

    What color Starboard

Seafoam is a close match to original grady color. However, I think the contrast of a black dash looks better.

boat cover 2000 adventure 208 (No Hardtop)

I got mine from PM winter boat covers. It's a carver, not a perfect fit but close enough. 7 NE winers so far and still in good shape.

    Cockpit Access Door Mods

You may need to search a little for it or contact him directly, but another member EPPE put a hinge on that plate for better bilge access in a 265 a LONG time ago(10+ years).

    Replacement cushions for seafarer

Find a local shop. Get a couple of quotes. This Should be a fairly easy job. I have found with upholstery on boats, you get what you pay for.

Buying a Grady White 222 Fisherman

Have the boat surveyed. The hull is approaching 25 years old. At that age you are at the expected life span of things like fuel tanks, fuel lines and hoses including scupper hoses. As far as the engine goes 1000hrs if maintained is nothing for these engines. If service records are...

Cockpit Fresh Water Systems ? Holding Tank Systems ?

My boat is up north, so the tanks are emptied and filled with antifreeze from Dec until April. When the boat is launched in the spring, I pump out the antifreeze and flush the tanks with water. With the freshwater system I then fill the tank and add about a cup of bleach and flush it through...

    No power to onboard charger

Most likely the galvanic isolator, if its's not check your manual either hard copy or you can download it from grady, it should show the location of the breaker for the charger.

    Replacing Lewmar windlass

Both my gradys have had lewmar windlass's. Both vertical and horizontal models. Each one has been a little finicky with the splice going through, but it will always go through. I currently have a vertical model with the lewmar chain and 8 plait rode combo as I couldn't find anyone local...

    Reminder to turn off batteries

Just established a routine. For me its shut off the breakers, lock the cabin, then the Last thing I do before stepping off the boat is shut off the batteries. The switches are on the side I get off so that helps. Have I walked back to the car and forgot if I turned them off and had to walk...

    Rocket Launcher with Sunshade

The GW performance welding product seems like the best solution. That being said unless your over 6ft tall being able to reach the rods in those holders in any seas is going to be difficult. To reach the center holders on my 305 I have to stand on the livewell or the drink cooler.

    AutoPilot upgrade from manual hydraulic

Mine is attached to the battery switch and the negative goes to the battery. Fortunately, in my boat the pump is on the shelf in rear bilge which is close to the batteries. You don't have that luxury in a 265.
