    330 express vs 360 express

Yup. It would be. However, the 300's are still unproven long term and a new 360 with trip 300's will push 550k rigged. If that is what you are looking to spend you cannot go wrong but a low hours used one with 250's that has been well cared for will be half that.

    330 express vs 360 express

At almost any normal cruise speed ( 4400-4800) she burns 38-40 GPH. She gets .8MPG at cruise regardless of load or RPM. Cruise is 32 MPH @4800

    330 express vs 360 express

Yes. I went from a 330 with 225's and no thruster to a 360 with 250's. Basically, it is a 330 on steroids. If you are feeling a bit cramped in the 33 but like the layout and useability you will be very happy in a 360. It does everything just better enough to make it worth the jump. Piece of...

    Experience with Express 330

Run a few 330's before you convince yourself on what power you NEED. I had a 330 before my current boat (360). It was a great boat. Mine had 225's - No thruster. I never had any issues putting it anywhere. However, having said that a thruster is always a welcome addition and if you dock in...

    370 Express with trip 300s or 350s??

I'm getting ready to put new electronics on my 360. Are those 8212's or 8215's? I cannot figure out how to get the 15's to fit with the two odd corners of the electronics box (They are different). However, yours looked MFD's looked large so I thought maybe you had figured it out.

    370 Express with trip 300s or 350s??

Add a second battery charger. Have your electronics installer put in a line conditioner The 300's will be perfect on this boat. So are the 250's. anyone who says otherwise either hasn't run one ( really run one...offshore and all) or has unrealistic expectations of a 36 ft express boat. The...

    yamaha F225 on overnighter..too much??

I know you won't like this...But...Pass. GW built the boat for a certain HP and weight. Modifying that changes everything and not for the better. You don't know how well they did the transom and even if they did a great job (Which includes no current or future water intrusion) it is too much...

    Yamaha Multifunction Guages Back Lights

I'm assuming that you checked that the backlight function was "On" on those particular gauges? You need to cycle through the modes on each gauge to get to the "Light" mode. I'm assuming you did that but you know what they say about assuming.

Looking to purchase a '96 Marlin

While you are there you ought to look at the 98 they have as well. It has 2005 engines and only 219 hours. If you can swing the difference that is a no brainier for a 2 year newer hull and three year newer engines with low hours. Just sayin'

Looking to purchase a '96 Marlin

You must be looking at the one out at POE. I keep my boat there ( for a long time) and have seen that boat around. POE is top notch and take great care of customer boats. It is a 96 so I would do a survey and have the tanks and transom checked. I'm sure the boat is fine as the owners are POE...

    Help my Grady shine again

Step 1: Purchase porter Cable buffer and LAke Country pads from Top of the Line - http://www.topoftheline.com/lake-countr ... -pads.html - Also get a few (3 or 4) of the microfiber polishing pads and the blue microfiber buffing towels. Get one purple Lake Country Pad, Two White, and one Red...

    Recommendation for a buffer

Porter Cable. I use it on my 360. Top of the line detailing sells pretty good packages online. Get extra mounting plates as they do wear out. I use some of their specialty pads and then I use Collinites products (3M for compound and Collinites for cleaner & wax). I have a process I go...

What kind of GW boat is this?

After looking it up in the catalogue it appears to be a 1977 212-C Nassau.

What kind of GW boat is this?

I do not think that is a 1978. In 78 GW had a brown stripe on all (I think) of their hulls. That boat is pre-1975. On the GW website they have all of the brochures so I am sure you can find the boat. I think you are right about the model.

    Taking care of hardtop

I would not apply a wax on the top other than Woody's (Which is what I use). It is non slip and others won't be. Woody's is easy to apply and on the hard top you will need to use is once a month. Just wet down the top, spray it on, scrub it in with a brush and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then...

    36 express

I have a 360 ( for sale but only because I don't use it enough) and I can tell you that there is very little a Cabo 40 can do that the 360 won't. It'll give you more amenities for a long cruise but I've cruised 5 on my 360 for 8 days and it was very comfortable. As far as fishing you won't end...

    Freedom 335

The 335 is a nice boat for sure and that hull will ride nothing like the 275. It is much heavier and more stable - Not that there is anything wrong with the 275. However, you are correct that there isn't much you can do with the 335 that you cannot do with the 275. Unless you carry a LOT of...
