    Trailering question

I feel like mine are the same way, thankfully I never pull more than 12 miles and the roads are just 45mph or less so I don't really worry about it.

    Trailering question

Curtains off for sure. Make sure everything is strapped down tight, bring extra straps with you for the transom and bow eye if it doesn't already have them on. Check tire pressures and all that other good stuff too.

    ‘04 330 EXPRESS WRAP

Why didn't they cover that one section at the bow just above the bottom paint? Looks a little weird with that part not done. I know a lot of people do this in the Southern states but they are usually on lifts, will this clean up easily at the end of the season?

Couldn't say here in NY, it's not open yet. Normally it's about $1 more per gallon.

[Question Answered - not going to risk it] Seafarer 228 w/ 7,000 lb towing capacity?

If it was a short distance to a local ramp and you had 4wd I would say go for it. However, you are 2wd and plan to take it on the highway. At that point I would be looking for a 1/2 ton or full-size SUV with higher tow cap. (LC like I and wrxhoon have, Tahoe, Durango, etc.).

Ordered some Grady shirts in July

My last boat was a DC, I love my WA infinitely more. Especially after getting caught in a freak storm last summer, we quickly put up the curtains, kids hid in the cabin, and we felt so much safer. In fact my wife was actually enjoying it, despite the torrential downpour and big waves.

Consider me lucky, my wife considers flowers a waste of money. She doesn't want jewelry, a spa day, chocolate, or any of that other crap either.

    Towing Grady with Jeep

That seems awfully low for a 1/2 ton, what trim/engine does he have? But yeah, for short trips you should be fine. I just wouldn't do long ones with the Jeep. Could always upgrade to the Grand Wagoneer. ;)

So you were overweight by a decent amount and didn't drive very far. Good comparison. o_O
