another option if you are not sure if you want to mount something fixed on the top is to get one or two of those trident rod holders. goes into a normal rod holder but can hold multiple rods.
i have 6 of them on my top i think from the factory but i am second owner so not 100%. Yes they are very high but could not imagine not having them. I also have three on each side coming down the pipes. what does your current setup look like.

love and use the generator on my 330 all. the time. I run it every time I leave the dock. That said 20-25 is a lot I ran a honda 2000 all the on my 265 and it worked great. I would use a honda 2000 for a season and see how much you really use it before you spend the 20-15. Good luck
1/2 inch double braid I also have a 330 express. have a set of 6 that stay on the dock so they are pre positioned at the correct length for bow stern and spring. I keep 5 on the boat so the others never have to leave the dock and are always set to go. Good luck with the new rig
this will work, I know people who have done it but I prefer not to have 50 gallons of gas up on my bow. lots of info in the other thread posted above. i prefer to burn teh fuel on teh way as you will see in the other thread
I agree they must be separate systems and my AC is working fine. My challenge is the helm freezer box is working. well is getting cold but not responding to the set temp it just goes right to freezing. so the helm box with freezer plate goes to freezing even if i have it set at above freezing...
