I cannot help with the identification, but I solved my squeak issue with a combination of olive oil and graphite. Messy for a week or so but cleans up easily. If you can't find what you're looking for this will stop the squeak. Non-petroleum is the answer.

Installed in 15 minutes per side. I made new holes in the fixtures to accommodate the old screw holes. Minor inconvenience. Put the three way anchor light on also, easy, looks great, hoping I don't need annual bulb replacements any longer.
