Grady Quality Southeast FL is at best a pain in the A-- and at worst, has no idea what he's talkiing about. Read all of his posts and you will see he is generally very negative and a know it all. I wish he would go back to THT. Does he even own a boat? Ed

Downriggers I use the rold holder mount on my Marlin without backing and have not had any problems. Maybe I've been lucky, it will be intereting to see what others say. I have the 4 foot boom and it works well. Good luck! Ed

Outriggers, etc Congratulations on your choice, the 305 is a great boat. My only advice on the add ons is that I've never heard anyone say they wished they hadn't got those items. But, I've heard plenty of people say they wished they had. Plus, resale will be lots easier.
