    New Grady White Owner

We are just wrapping up our first season with our 2007 Tournament 205. It is our first boat and really enjoyed it this summer. We went out today and will keep it in the water till October 31st. Best of luck with yours.

The exhaust issues were seen on 225's not 200's.

    205 Tournament

I was in the same place as you last year. Buy and older Tournament 205 or newer KW dual console? I went with a 2007 GW with a 200HP 4 stroke with 151 hours. I picked it up for $25.5K, no trailer. I purchased a new trailer for $3.4K so it is right in that range. I looked at that boat...

    Time for a new trailer

My boat is slipped. My buddy has the same boat and he trailers his with an EZ Loader with bunks, no problems.

    Time for a new trailer

I ended up buying a new 2019 trailer for my 2007 Tournament 205 and I went aluminum with bunks. Model is a Venture VATB5225 and ran around $3,400 for a reference. It has 4 wheel disc brakes and LED lights.

Thanks. Maybe start a new thread to see if someone in your area can recommend a good shop. Good luck.

    1991 Tournament newbie questions

You can replace the cover switches once you ID what they are. I picked up new covers at my local GW dealer for around $5 each.

    Bow seats Freedom 275

Now the challenge is to find a good marine upholstery shop. I was not happy with the shop that did mine and what he charged me (Caito Ulpostery in East Providence RI). I removed the covers and just brought him the covers and he charged me $140. Ask around in your area. A little bit of a...

    Bow seats Freedom 275

Yes, they can be restiched. Doesn't look like the material is ripped, just the thread failed. I had my 2007 cushions restitched. Not sure if the cushions on a 2011 are attached the same way but on mine there are z-clips and phillip head screws located at the drains at the bottom of the...

    Pompanette armrest discoloration

I used a small drift punch and tapped out the roll pin. I used a small SS panhead screw and nylock nut when I reassembled.

Yamaha Square Speed/Fuel Gauge - LCD display data hard to read

Thanks guys. I was on the boat this morning at 5:30 am and it was 54F, the values in the lower section displayed normally, as the day went on and the sun started beating on it the they got more faint. I'll check out the hull truth links.

Yamaha Square Speed/Fuel Gauge - LCD display data hard to read

Hi All, The fuel flow and trip data fields in the lower portion on my Yamaha fuel gauge hard to read. The values are there but just hard to read. I was going to unplug and reconnect all the connectors to see if that fixes it. Hoping its not the gauge itself. Anybody else had this problem? Thanks.

    Covers again? Anyone?

Clever, how do you keep it from blowing off.

    Covers again? Anyone?

Still looking for something generic for the console. Likely will need to make it. If you find something, let me know. Thanks! John

    Covers again? Anyone?

I just picked up these for the helm chair and lounger. Just put them on 2 days ago so not sure how they will hold up? Overall, they looked good. helm chair: https://www.ebay.com/itm/182999097415?ViewItem=&item=182999097415 lounger...

    Pompanette armrest discoloration

I just refreshed mine by soaking them in a 50% household bleach/50% water and a shot of Dawn dish washing detergent. They soaked for 24 hours. Docstressor posted the secret recipe. See for yourself.
