Looking for input on when I can expect to replace fuel tanks and lines. I'd prefer to do proactively. I've been quoted 4-weeks to have the tanks fabricated and 2-weeks to install. That would be a big chunk of the season and that's probably best case. Looking to mitigate out of water time and...

I did a layer in between that was saturated with resin and also applied it to the back side of the coosa that I used. Made a sandwich and placed some weight on it. After a day i did two layers on top and called it a day.

Sorry I missed the year - thought new boat. Comps are the only way to verify. New boat prices have gone crazy so decent used boats carry higher prices. I'd give a fair counter and see where it goes. All it takes is one buyer who is willing to pay.

Didn't see one at the NE boat show in Boston this weekend. GW had a nice display with CCs, DCs and larger Expresses. No Walks at all. Prob best would be to go to a show look at similar size boats and add 30K more if the Gulf is a 3- piece boat (hull, liner and cabin). I believe it is.

The early ones were not SS and prone to rust and breaking at the seacock handle. Your dealer should be able to assist with parts.

Not to be a downer, but I'd have what you have looked at and optimized at the lowest cost. You're looking at a 35 year old hull, systems and likely older power. Keep it safe and up but don't go crazy with upgrades is my input.

Many have side kick panels that can be removed in the helm to get access at that end. There are tubes on both sides in some models. As stated, they tend to run from the helm area to about 2-3' from the transom. Wires can run up the stanchion tubes that hold up the hard top to the radio box...

As stated the switches are avail, but not the light. There are others out there that will do the job.

They def can be removed, you just need access. There is likely a small backing plate, a threaded rod attached to the handle and a locking nut. Can probably cut out what you need to allow the new displays to fit and install a piece of material over. Should be fairly easy to do.
