Great to see others keeping these classic Grady's updated, and welcome to the G2 club! More torque, better fuel economy, electronic fly by wire controls, no maintenance at all for 5 years or 500 hours and a TEN YEAR warranty! What's not to like?

Tony, if you jump of the cav plate and nothing moves, you do not have a problem. And if the transom was good 3 years ago when you repowered, why do you think it's shot now? Relax and enjoy your Grady, she will take a lot more punishment out there in rough water than you can!
