Not sure if you are in salt enviroment but it may be time to replace the bolster brackets - when I removed mine to replace the brackets were literlly just flaking apart after 10 years in the salt.

When u normally go out with one or 2 are you able to get to max out higher than 5200. The engine should be closer to 6K at max. Could be a prop size issue?
