Voltage regulator. Replaced with ease.

Starboard shows 15 to16 volts on voltmeter when running. On same meter port shows 14.2 which is about right. Seems like voltage regulator. Has anyone changed out a voltage regulator? Please provide details. Thanks.

The smell is from your holding tank, non vented loop or loose hose connections. I dump my tank, legally, after each trip including running a few cleanwater cycles thru the head to the ht & then pumping that out. Leaving a ht with waste is the start of odors.

By pass makes sense altho is illegal. Next time you haul your boat see what hose works when you activate the macerator. Pump out tank first. It could be direct to the head flush pump.

Follow the curved white hose. The pump is mounted to the bulkhead behind the holding tank secured with 4 bolts.
