    Sandbar -a -fication complete

It looks like it would extend well beyond the transom, if folded down in that direction. More likely, it is secured to the rear of the hardtop in the closed position.

Filling marine head reservoir, 2024 Freedom 235

Depends on the ingredients. They are not all the same.

    Fuel Gauge Removal

Before you remove a tie wrap from a bundle of wires, put a large one loosely around the bundle to keep everything together.

Filling marine head reservoir, 2024 Freedom 235

I seriously doubt that a 2024 freedom has a saltwater head. If it does, the sea cock should be obvious when the boat is on the trailer, located somewhere mid ships under the head area. Not to be confused with the discharge seacock, if you have overboard discharge

    Freshwater filter

What is your end goal? I don’t know anyone who drinks out of those tanks. Do you also get green algae at the sink and at the freshwater wash down in the cockpit? That would indicate the tank. If it is only the backwash at the fill, it sounds like your fill hose is the problem. On my 2000 SF 228...

    Tournament 192 AFT Curtain

You should have matching zipper halves, on the forward edge of the curtain and the rear edge of the Bimini top. If you only have snaps, then it is a mooring cover which attaches to the top of the windshield.

    2021 306 Canyon Anchor Chain

Yes, need a better explanation of, “My anchor chain is getting stuck in the well“. On a previous tournament, I had two or 3 inches of threaded U-bolt sticking into the anchor locker from the bow eye, and sometimes the chain or rode would catch on it. I fixed that problem with a short piece of...

    2021 306 Canyon Anchor Chain

The windlass lifts the chain straight up out of the anchor locker, the weight of the anchor deploys the chain from the windlass to the water. Which side of the windless is your problem on? What is the weight of your anchor, sounds like you might be using a lightweight such as a Fortress. If...

    Re Do Stanchion Bases?

IIRC , mine have acorn nuts. I don't know how you would cut the bolts, unless the stanchions are so loose that you can get a hacksaw blade underneath them. If so, I would make sure that every single one can be accessed before cutting one.

    330 Cabin Rod Storage

I think that you would have to expect to through bolt them, to support the weight and the leverage from a pounding boat. Oh wait, it's a Grady White, so no pounding, maybe just some two-sided tape!

    Binnacle tilt/trim thumb swich

Are you sure it was original? Is the new switch wobbly? Putty sounds like a makeshift cure for someone breaking some plastic off the seat where it should sit firmly.

    2002 F225 Unknown hoses

First one looks like speed pick-up(pitot) from the lower unit. Would go through rigging tube to dash gauge.

Metal Transom bracket corroding what to do????

It might also be an indication that your sacrificial zincs in and around the engine have worn down to where they are no longer doing their job, accelerating corrosion on other aluminum parts.

Great job, need more pictures! Did all four corners go up full height together, or did you have to work in steps?
