I had a ‘95 with twin 200 HPDIs and had no issues. Very fast on plane and topped out at 53mph. Thought the motors were the perfect match for the hull.

Thanks for the reply’s. I don’t know which model 200’s they are just that they are 2015s. The seller really doesn’t have too much info on the performance numbers(broker). All others I have seen have 225s or 250s and this one has been for sale for quite a while which is why I’m suspicious.

Have you looked at an Islander? Easy to tow, lots of cabin room, tons of fishing room and with twin 200’s it will easily do 50+.

Looking at a 272 Sailfish that has 2015 Yamaha F200s. I’m going up from a 268 Islander that had 200 HPDIs so this seems a bit under powered to me. The boat is a few hours away so if anyone could give me some info I’d appreciate it.
