I have an '03 330 Express in SoCal. A few years ago, I needed to replace the worn, torn ducts to make sure the foul smells were making it all the way to the stern exit area!!!

Fan is mounted under the vent and sucks the stale/smelly air out thru this vent, thru a duct under the starboard gunnel and exits at the starboard stern vent.

Issue resolved. SkunkBoat was correct - the light is not on the breaker. The light is on the circuit board very near the breaker. I followed the wire from the light and it had worked loose from a crimp connection on a spade terminal a few inches away. Re-crimped connection and light is now working.
