So where is your original panel? You say you don't have exact shape or dimensions? Seems odd?

I had mine redone by New Wire Marine last year. 2004 Seafarer. They should still have the CAD drawing on file. Should be same panel as yours.

Disconnect the battery one running in the rigging tube, hook pull rope to it, pull it out. Pull new harness through tube, re-pull battery cable back and hook back up. Gives you an empty rigging tube for harness end to go through. Should be able to pull battery cable right back through. Doesn't...

I agree with Fishtales. I went with Coastal Night Lights LED. Been doing business with them for awhile.

Take some acetone and a bunch of rags and start wiping it down, keep changing rags because it will be nasty. After it's cleaned up, use some 303 protectant on it, might surprise you how it turns out.

Like Hookup1 suggested, might want to consider an updated panel. I found that some of my original breakers were undersized for the newer accessories hooked to them, namely my bilge pump. I had New Wire Marine build me a new panel and very pleased with the final product.

$7500, but you may be able to do better, you have half the hours that mine had.

A little over $400 for both sides with YAMAHA and the back with the 250, V6, 4.2L. Ordered through my Yamaha dealer.

Another thing I did was change out my engine decals to the raised chrome ones. Blends well with the logos.

I went back to the original manufacturer, Florida Marine Tanks. I road tripped to Henderson NC and picked them up. Made a trip out of it and hit A&J Canvas and Grady-White factory while I was in North Carolina.

Don't know if I'm 100% watertight, but I did change out all my inspection ports to screw-in instead of the pop in. Had to help mitigate some of the water from hitting the top of the tank and the sending unit areas.

Time-line for my 2004 Seafarer. Bought in April of 2017, no issues, no fuel smell through the rest of '17. First part of '18 was ok, late '18 started smelling fuel in bilge. Investigation revealed the sending unit flange on auxiliary tank was severely corroded and leaking with a full tank...

Mine is an '04, but should be a similar setup under your livewell.

Same as what I did. Removed 2004 stripes and replaced with 2022 stripes at the time. Much cleaner look with the updated stripe package.

Kind of a gunmetal blue, ties in to the Yamaha blue of the motor nicely. It's also just plastic, not stainless, with a chrome finish. I don't have any good close up pics of the color.

I ordered through my dealer, wasn't that bad.
