Did you happen to see the impeller that was replaced? If it is an overheating issue, there could be some pieces stuck in the heat exchanger. That is if the impeller was in pieces when it was replaced. Generators have a habit of chewing up the impellers. Just a thought.

With Efi, exactly what wrx said. They are used mainly now to pump up carbureted motors before starting. Do not run them unless you change the fuel filter or drain the vapor separator tank for storage. I have seen in some cases where those type of pumps create a fuel restriction. IMHO for the 10...

These grouper we get with hook and line anywhere from 70ft to about 180 ft. Depending on the time of year. I also spear them while scuba diving.
