Start with pulling up the deck section over the tank and looking around. A lot of times that deck piece could be waterlogged too.

You could probably just enlarge the hole with a jig saw.

On my 30 express i installed the smart pump on the shelf next to the generator in the rear bilge. Garmin recommends that it is installed close to the batteries. This location also had good access to hydro. hoses. My boat is not a marlin but the aft bilge is similar. Hope this helps.

This is the helm table for my 305 express. Fits on the seat mount, it can be spun around and has a sliding mount so it can be adjusted. It’s a solid 1-5in cherry slab. It makes the helm area so much more functional. It’s easy to swap back and forth between that and the chair as needed.

If I had a 33 express I would get a 35 delta. Its a big boat and you're not pulling the anchor, the windless is.
