My guess would be to improve the gripe of the non-skid. I had an 02 265 which after 10 years or so the factory non skid was pretty worn from use and coolers/ect. sliding around. Not necessarily a red flag, there are other things I would be more concerned about with a 22 year old boat.

My 305 has a inline fuse in rats nest of wiring behind the stereo head unit itself. It was concealed pretty good, and I didn't see it at first. In my case it was a dealer installed fusion unit.

If its like my FP 4200, it may have an oil strainer instead of a classic oil filter. You could always check with your local grady dealer. If your generator has an oil filter, they may even stock it.

You should be able to just replace the motor. If memory serves me correctly I was able to get the part number for the motor from Grady and just ordered the motor.

It looks like fuel water Seperators but aftermarket no Yamaha. I'm not familiar with sailfish models so location looks weird. Cowling paint looks shot, they will need to be repainted.

Thats nasty. I cannot even imagine what it would take to get the water tank out of my 305. We use the water for the head, cleaning and rinsing off. I try to use it a lot over the summer in an attempt to keep the water as fresh as I can.
