The F350 is a better engine than many give it credit for. I have a F350A with 800 hours that has not had any problems. It also cost me so much less than a similar boat equipped with twin F150s that my F350A could fail twice and my boat would still be cheaper than one equipped with twin F150s.

You're right... I found 2150 for the 209 on https://www.apmarine.bm/index.php/grady-white/fisherman-209 but other sources (e.g., NADA, BoatGuide.com, etc.) list it as 2600. So that's another pro for the 191 - 250 lbs lighter which might make it easier to tow. Updated my original post.

After 3-4 attempts this is the final result on the gel coat color match. Not 100% perfect but it's pretty darn close. It should blend once the engine is back on.

I've found Coastside (https://coastsidefishingclub.com) to have the most West Coast boaters. I've got a Grady 275 in San Francisco.
